AEP Chief Executive receives Industry Champion Award
David Porter, Chief Executive of the Association of Electricity Producers was last night honoured with the prestigious Industry Champion award at the Utility Industry Achievement Awards. The award is presented to an industry figure, who has been successful within their own organisation and has also taken on a larger public role for the benefit of the industry as a whole.
Commenting on the award, David Porter said:
‘It’s a privilege to receive this award. Recognition by the industry that I work in is a great honour. I would like to thank Utility Week for the award as well as the wonderful people who work in this industry.’
