Becoming a member of AEP allows businesses working in the electricity generation sector to actively engage with government, regulators and industry colleagues. Membership of the Association is diverse, representing the largest producers in the UK as well as small, family run companies and spanning a variety of generating technologies and fuel sources.

The Association operates through its Committees. Members can join a Committee and contribute to consultation responses and position papers compiled by experienced members of staff.
